Handover of the Nymphenburg Lion on October 9th, 2021 in the Schlosshotel Burgellern to Mr. Bernhard Reiser from Reisers Genussmanufaktur in Würzburg. The laudation for the handover came from Siegfried Arlt, Chairman of the Bavarian Association of Cooks. The 1st chairman of the "Bavarian Cooks Association", Sigi Arlt, hands over the lion to the award winner Joachim Elflein from the Seehotel in Niedernberg.
